These are custom print-on-demand tees. We cannot take unworn change-of-mind or sizing returns the way a big-box store can.
If something is wrong
Email guildworn.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos if:
- the print is defective or the wrong design arrived
- the garment arrived damaged
- the size/color does not match what you ordered
We will work the reprint or refund through Printify. Do not ship anything back until we say to.
If you ordered the wrong size
We cannot restock a printed shirt. Message us anyway — we will tell you honestly whether a reprint is possible and who pays for it.
